Most realtors don’t specialize in construction, design, or costing out a project – which leaves you at risk for unexpected costs. Typically their priority will be to get a lease signed, even before you have:

  • Drawings (meaning you’re committing to a project and you don’t know the cost)
  • A permit from the city
  • Actual approval for funding from the bank (you might have pre-approval)

When acquiring property, we’ll do all of this with you before you sign a lease, so you’re able to plan and avoid unexpected costs and delays.
